Becoming Betty Crocker: A Couple of Product Reviews

OK, I'm catching up on some blogs since we are on vacation.  You would think I'm working or something that I can't keep up with the blog!

First up -

 

I used this on chicken in the slow cooker.  YUMMY!  I also used the rest of the Kikkoman's Teriyaki sauce that I had.

 

Next up -

We had tried the Lemon Herb on pork chops awhile ago and liked it.  This was just as good!  Definitely an easy way to spice up some meat.

Lastly -
Through all of this cooking experiments, I realize that's what cooking is.  Just substitute if you don't have an item. 

We had on our menu for the week, Easy Chicken Enchiladas using the Philly Cooking Creme.  I knew I should have bought it at home, but didn't.  Food Lion came to the rescue.  They had Salsa Cream Cheese!  This was basically what the Santa Fe Cooking Creme is.  Worked like a charm.
