Dan usually makes the pot roast and uses the recipe from the Better Homes & Gardens New Cookbook. I wanted to change it up a bit and used this recipe that I have on Pinterest. You know me - Easy Peasy - potroast mix/season & coke. I figured we'll just have baked potatoes with it.
